Gift of Life Lebanon was founded by Lina Shehayeb in September 2015 and has completed 355 surgeries and 3,200 free medical checkups and screenings to date. 
Following the tragedy of the 2020 Beirut explosion, Gift of Life Lebanon partnered with Procter & Gamble to help 50,000 families, hospitals, medical centers and orphanages.
GOL Lebanon is currently working on partnering with Rotary District 2452 and the Chair of Vocational Training Team Committee for the Rotary year 2022- 2023 to develop two grants. The first grant will cover 20 Prevention and Awareness health campaigns in Lebanon, as well as one in Georgia and one in Armenia. The second grant will cover the cost of 35 pediatric cardiac surgeries for Syrian and Lebanese refugee children.
