The Maternal & Child Health District 2452 committee in partnership with Gift of Life Lebanon met last night at Le gabriel hotel
Chair Lina Shehayeb updated the team on the kick-start of this very important humanitarian project that will take place early 2023.
The 16 mission project will cover a 3 day full medical checkups for children 0-12 and awareness sessions for mothers and will cover all villages and towns in Lebanon.
Two Global Grants covering three missions each are being written at this time and the group continues looking for international partners and sponsors.
Chair Lina Shehayeb reiterated that this project will unite thousands of people from several social communities under the Rotary ambrella in the name of humanity.
